I personally have lost over 10kg in 18 months while even gaining muscle mass and getting stronger all round, at the ripe old age of 45 years. I understand the pitfalls of this process as I’ve attempted to lose weight more times than I can remember. With over 10 years experience as a personal trainer/group exercise trainer and nutrition coach, having coached 100’s of people online and in person, I’ve got the knowledge and experience to help you smash and your goals and take your physique to the next level.

I will work with you one-on-one to identify and overcome any mental barriers that may be holding you back, and provide you with the tools and support you need to achieve your weight loss goals effortlessly.
